Job Description

We’re looking for a Continuous Improvement & Lean Manager to join our < CFH South Team based in Eastern Europe (i.e. Poland, Romania, Bulgaria or Hungary) able to speak fluent French & English.

As a Continuous Improvement & Lean Manager you’ll be responsible for Improving operational activities on E2E Supply Chain. We're looking for a French-English fluent speaker, Lean Advanced certificate and Black Belt certified (or even Master Black Belt), impacting and enhance current KPIs and operative levels.

What you’ll do
  • Write Standard Operations Processes (SOP)

  • Define quality approach, work instruction and process improvement

  • Expand Lean skills, train our team and deploy Lean Approach methods

  • Engage E2E Supply Chain ops and improvements capabilities

  • Communicate on result gained and achievements

Your qualifications
  • Certified Black Belt and, if possible Master Black Belt

  • Certified Lean Industrial / Supply Chain / Operations

  • Skills in CO2 and carbon emission reduction

  • KPI driven , strong data analytics and root-causes analysis

  • Upper IT, Excel & analytics skills (Macro / PowerBI)
