Your missions

Interwell Health is a kidney care management company that partners with physicians on its mission to reimagine healthcare—with the expertise, scale, compassion, and vision to set the standard for the industry and help patients live their best lives. We are on a mission to help people and we know the work we do changes their lives. If there is a better way, we will create it. So, if our mission speaks to you, join us!

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Software Engineer in Test (SET) to join our team.  In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts and frameworks to ensure the quality of Salesforce applications. Working closely with development teams, you will integrate testing early in the development process, identify and document software defects, and champion best practices in testing and CI/CD processes.

What you will do:

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks tailored for Salesforce applications.
  • Execute comprehensive test plans, including functional, regression, and performance testing, to ensure software quality.
  • Collaborate closely with development teams to integrate testing processes early in the software development lifecycle.
  • Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies, providing detailed feedback to development teams.
  • Optimize test automation strategies and advocate for best practices in testing, including CI/CD processes.
  • Analyze test results, prepare detailed reports on software performance, and recommend improvements to enhance quality and user experience.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in Salesforce features and QA automation technologies.

What you will need:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in software testing, with a significant focus on QA automation and Salesforce platforms.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications in Salesforce or QA automation are a plus.
  • Proficiency in QA automation tools and scripting languages used in testing Salesforce applications, such as Tosca, Selenium, Cucumber, Jenkins, and Apex.
  • Proficient in programming languages SQL, Python and/or JavaScript/Typescript, crucial for developing complex automation scripts and interacting with various APIs and data formats.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to design and implement robust test automation frameworks and strategies.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Our mission is to reinvent healthcare to help patients live their best lives, and we proudly live our mission-driven values:

- We care deeply about the people we serve.
- We are better when we work together.
- Humility is a source of our strength.
- We bring joy to our work.
- We deliver on our promises.

We are committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout our recruiting practices. Everyone is welcome and included. We value our differences and learn from each other. Our team members come in all shapes, colors, and sizes. No matter how you identify your lifestyle, creed, or fandom, we value everyone's unique journey.

Oh, and one more thing … a recent study shows that men apply for a job or promotion when they meet only 60% of the qualifications, but women and other marginalized groups apply only if they meet 100% of them. So, if you think you’d be a great fit, but don’t necessarily meet every single requirement on one of our job openings, please still apply. We’d love to consider your application!
