  • Build and maintain a network of qualified candidates for future job opportunities
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify potential matches for specific roles
  • Assist in the negotiation and finalization of job offers
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process

Requirements

  • Fluent in German, both written and spoken
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
