Patrique Mercier Recruitment is currently looking for a Norwegian Customer Service Representative to join our team in sunny Greece. As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide excellent customer support to Norwegian-speaking customers and assist them with their inquiries and issues.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist customers with product information, orders, and returns
  • Resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies
  • Adhere to quality standards and follow established procedures

Requirements

  • Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken
  • Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Detail-oriented and committed to providing exceptional customer service
  • Willingness to work in Greece
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
