Holistic Health and Fitness, Alternate Program Manager 

Strategic Resources, Inc. (SRI) is an international, ISO 9001:2015 Certified, CMMI Maturity Level 3 Rated full-service provider with more than 36 years’ experience in the Federal, military, and commercial marketplaces. SRI is seeking experienced and passionate Program Manager to support the Army’s Holistic Health and Fitness (H2F) system.

Overview:

The Holistic Health and Fitness (H2F) initiative is the Army's investment in Soldier Readiness. The H2F System provides Strength and Conditioning Coaches (SCCs) and Cognitive Performance Specialists (CPSs) to function as integrated members of a Brigade (BDE)-based multi-disciplinary team focused on optimizing Soldier readiness and performance within the Army’s new H2F System. The H2F System is the Army’s primary investment in Soldier readiness and lethality, optimal physical and non-physical performance, reduced injury rates, improved rehabilitation after injury, and increased overall effectiveness of the Total Army. The system empowers and equips Soldiers to take charge of their health, fitness, and well-being to optimize individual performance, while preventing injury and disease.

The H2F Program Manager (PM) is responsible for the contract's overall performance, achieving performance standards, workforce management, customer satisfaction, contract compliance, and quality control.

Responsibilities:

  •  Must be available Monday-Friday, 0800-1700 Eastern Time. 
  •  Responsible for the overall performance of work, compliance, and quality control. 
  •  Have full authority to act for the Contractor on all Task order matters relating to daily operation.
  •  Be responsible for plans, strategies, employee management, and monitoring and controlling activities to support the Army H2F program and stakeholders at all locations. 
  •  Generates and submits a monthly status report and other deliverables in a Performance Requirement Summary. 
  •  Demonstrates the ability to manage multiple priorities, illustrates attention to detail, and shows evidence of being conscientious regarding deadlines.
  •  Provide direction to subcontractor points of contact and effective oversight of the subcontractor workforce.

Minimum Required Skills, Education, Experience & Abilities:

  •  A master's degree in any field from an accredited academic institution.
  •  Minimum of five years of experience managing, staffing, overseeing, and completing large government projects of geographically dispersed locations related to the above job description.
  •  Minimum of five years of experience managing requirements with approximately 400 FTEs to meet the similar in size requirement.
  •  A program/project management professional certification is preferred, but not required.
  • US. Citizenship.
