Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions (BEWS) is the group responsible for leading Ericsson’s Enterprise Networking and Security business. Our growing product portfolio spans across wide area networks, local area networks and enterprise security. How Will You Contribute to the Company?

The Vice President, Sales will cover the Southeast region and is responsible for driving the company revenue requirements as set forth by the Board of Directors.

What Will You Do?
  • Lead and manage a Sales team and leadership in the public sector and enterprise markets

  • Must be able to effectively respond, communicate with and present information to co-workers, customers, clients, and the general public

  • Must have exceptional social skills and ability to get along well with others

  • Must have the ability to engage and influence executives within companies in the target market

  • Handle, adapt and lead through stressful situations

  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales revenue goals as assigned

  • Ability to continually grow sales revenue goals each quarter as assigned

  • Proactively prospect into strategic accounts within a defined region and manage sales pipeline

  • Must be able to lead and coordinate the activities of assigned Field Sales Directors, Territory Managers, Inside Sales Representatives and Sales Engineers

  • Influence Marketing team with demand generation campaigns

  • Ability to build, maintain, and expand sales training programs for the assigned team

  • Demonstrate essential skills related to effectively leading a sales team

  • Prioritize and adjust to the changing demands of the position

  • Understand and explain the company’s technology solutions to partners and customers

  • Comply with all safety policies, practices, and procedures

  • Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Requires a bachelor's degree

  • Requires ten (10+) years of Sales experience and five (5+) years of Sales management

  • Preferable experience with Enterprise customers in Networking Environment

  • Past management experience with high growth companies and ability to manage remotely

  • Prior management experience required including hiring, coaching, counseling, writing employee reviews and training

  • Proven track record of working with and coordinating activities with VARs and System Integrators

  • Knowledge of Salesforce and Marketo

  • Ability to prioritize, organize, and delegate assignments

  • Ability to write reports and business correspondence

  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form

  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists

  • This position does require varying degrees of travel that could reach as high as 80% at times.  Employee must be able to travel and schedule multiple overnight stays, work the hours required, and coordinate vacations and personal time off in accordance with company requirements and schedules

At Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions, we know that our people are the key to our success. We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package to help with your individual needs and goals.  

 

Your Pay: 

The salary range for this position is listed below.  The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.

  

$180,600.00 - $335,400.00

Your pay also includes the opportunity for monthly sales incentives. Actual payouts are dependent upon the attainment of agreed to revenue goals and objectives as determined by our management team.

Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions provides generous paid time off, including: 15 days of Flexible Time Off (FTO), four paid quarterly well-being days, and 11 paid annual holidays (includes nine company holidays and up to two floating holidays).  Please note that an employees FTO balance and floating holidays may be prorated in the first year, based on start date. We also offer paid maternity-leave benefits and six weeks 100% paid family leave for all employees.
