Your missions

Want to contribute your expertise and experience implementing and supporting the laboratory systems for a Regulatory Sciences organization of a Fortune 200 Company with some of the most iconic brands? If you have a bachelor's degree in IS/IT, Computer Science, or related field, eight plus years of project leadership, three plus years of experience supporting LIMS and other lab applications, we want to speak with you! We are currently looking for a Manager Lab Systems to join our Technology Transformation Services team. This role can be based in Richmond, VA. or we are open to a remote work arrangement.

We are undertaking an exciting effort to digitally transform the company to shape a better future for our consumers and our employees. This role will be accountable for project deliverables aligned to supporting existing technologies and to enabling new product innovation capabilities for our Regulatory Sciences and Regulatory Affairs organization.


What You Will Be Doing:

  • Leading project deliverables for implementation, support, and maintenance of LIMS and future pipeline projects
  • Supporting Scientific Data Management System
  • Engaging and coordinating with vendor resources on project implementation and support
  • Implementing an electronic lab notebook application
  • Communicating with business partners
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Managing troubleshooting and resolution of system issues
  • Managing support of laboratory system integrations and software installations


We Want You To Have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Analytical Science, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems (IS), Information Technology (IT) or related subject area. Master’s Degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience with project leadership or with developing, supporting, or implementing IT solutions
  • 3+ years of experience supporting Laboratory Information Management Systems (Biovia OneLab preferred), electronic lab notebooks, integrated lab equipment, and chromatographic software
  • Experience working in a regulated environment requiring 21 CFR Part 11 compliance
  • Experience with applying Agile methodology in leading projects
  • Experience with System Development Lifecycle Management and implementing systems from planning to maintenance
  • Ability to communicate across multiple internal and external business partners

Total Rewards

The starting salary is based on but not limited to experience, knowledge, and qualifications in determining compensation decisions. The Salary Range for this position is: $112,800.00 - $163,500.00 / annually.
