This is a remote position.

What we’re looking for: 

SHAZAM is looking for an Implementation Specialist to join our core implementations team. In this role, you will provide quality installation and training of the SHAZAM core and ancillary systems while building a strong foundation for a lasting business relationship. This role will work within all phases of the conversation process of an assigned area and assist in training others.

What you'll do: 

• Work with financial institutions to map the delegated applications and create the products associated with those applications.
• Document all mapping efforts and product creations to be delivered to the conversion programmer.
• Work with back office functions, teller operations, new accounting opening process, lending practices, general ledger, and general community bank operations and workflows within assigned areas.
• Travel to financial institutions for mapping sessions and implementation, as deemed necessary by management.

What you need:

• Minimum of four years' experience in banking operations is required.
• Experience with a customer ticket tracking system is a plus!
• Knowledge of SHAZAM products and services and the operational aspect of core banking systems is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively train non-technical personnel.
• Organization and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
