Job description

LTS is seeking a full-time Service Delivery Operations Specialistto join our team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Ability to work with a team

  • Proactive communication up stream and down stream 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 
  • Strong project management skills 
  • Strong background with MS office products, specifically Excel.  PowerBI and Power Automate experience a plus 
  • Ability to critically think, problem solve and work independently
  • Support planning and coordinating internal and customer-request events (wellness clinics, conferences, fairs, festivals, tranings, etc.)
  • Coordination and communication with vendors required to support operational needs
  • Perform quality control on time and attendance reporting and other HR and Payroll supporting functions
  • Support the development and delivery of communications with customers and other key stakeholders  
  • Record, track and manage meeting minutes and action items for requirement gathering and status reporting meetings  
  • Support daily, weekly and monthly reporting as required.
  • Assist in the development of status reports and key performance indicators (KPIs). 

Required Skills And Qualifications

  • An associate and/or bachelor’s degree in any field a plus but not required.
  • Excellent organization, planning, collaboration, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing, with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work as a team as well as individually.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize.
