Job description

Your missions

RemoteVAPH is seeking a skilled Estimator with experience in Planswift. The ideal candidate should know how to read plans and calculate exterior building work such as roofing, stucco, waterproofing, etc. Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5 pm EST (Night Shift)

Requirements:

Proficiency with Planswift
Ability to read and interpret construction plans
Experience in estimating exterior building work including roofing, stucco, and waterproofing
Submission of sample works using Planswift

Job Responsibilities:

Read and interpret construction plans for exterior building projects
Use Planswift to perform accurate takeoffs and estimates for roofing, stucco, waterproofing, and related tasks
Provide detailed and accurate project estimates
Collaborate with the team to ensure all estimations are aligned with project requirements and specifications
