Your missions

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Strategic Partner to lead our efforts in managing strategic partnerships with C-level executives of Mobile Network Operators (MNOs), enhancing customer success and operations locally, and driving the team towards achieving results. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in A2P/P2A Messaging, interconnection, and SMS monetization services.


Key Responsibilities:


               Strategic Management and Partnership Development:

    • Identify potential opportunities and create strategies to establish and convey strategic partnerships with MNOs or MNO groups concerning A2P/P2A Messaging, interconnection, and SMS monetization services across the region.
    • Establish and nurture strategic partnerships amongst Mobile Operators in the region, ensuring long-term collaboration and mutual benefits.
    • Serve as the primary liaison with top management of Mobile Operators, facilitating effective communication and partnership development.


      Financial Oversight:

      • Conduct P/L forecasting and analysis, taking responsibility for financial outcomes within the region.
      • Implement financial strategies to optimize profitability and efficiency.

        Solutions Management:

        • Oversee SMS A2P and VOICE monetization solutions, ensuring effective implementation and management.
        • Manage SMS A2P and VOICE anti-fraud solutions, including firewall management to protect against fraud.
        • Ensure successful interconnection for SMS A2P and VOICE services.

          Sales and Business Development:

          • Lead the sales process, business development initiatives, IT feasibility studies, and pre-sales activities.
          • Support sales management and sales teams in commercial contracting and negotiations.
          • Identify trendsetter ideas by researching industry events, publications, and announcements, staying ahead of market trends and opportunities.



                       Customer Success and Operations:

          • Provide local support to enhance customer success and operations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
          • Attend and represent the company at relevant conferences and congresses, such as GSMA, to foster industry relationships and stay updated on market developments.

            Additional Responsibilities:

            • Undertake other related sales and business development activities as deemed necessary by the company to support growth and strategic initiatives.


          Qualifications:


          • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Telecommunications, or a related field.
          • Proven experience managing strategic partnerships with Mobile Network Operators (MNOs).
          • At least 5 years of leadership experience.
          • Brings C-level contacts from MNOs.
          • Strong leadership skills with a track record of leading teams to achieve results.
          • In-depth knowledge of A2P/P2A Messaging, interconnection, and SMS monetization services.
          • Excellent financial acumen with experience in P/L forecasting and analysis.
          • Strong sales and business development skills, with a strategic and analytical mindset.
          • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage with C-level executives.
          • Ability to travel as required to attend conferences and meet with partners.
