Your missions

Description

As the EU Sales Engineering Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving our technology strategy and ensuring the successful implementation of our solutions across Europe. You will act as a trusted adviser for our customers and partners, providing expert guidance and support. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and sales skills.

This role requiers 40% Travel within EU

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to customers, partners, and internal teams on our cyber OT solutions.
  • Customer Engagement: Act as a trusted adviser to customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their cybersecurity requirements.
  • Partner Collaboration: Work closely with partners to drive joint initiatives, develop go-to-market strategies, and ensure the successful deployment of our solutions.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team and act as Sales Engineer - including technical presentations, demonstrations, and proposal development.
  • Training & Enablement: Conduct training sessions for partners and customers to ensure they are proficient in deploying and managing our solutions.
  • Travel: Travel within the EU up to 40% of the time to meet with customers, partners, and attend industry events.

Requirements

Technical Expertise:

  • Proficiency in network technologies and protocols.
  • Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems.
  • Experience in cyber-OT security - advantage.

Experience:

  • Proven experience of 5 years in a technical leadership role, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage with customers and partners, understanding their needs and providing effective solutions.
  • Experience in the sales process, including technical presentations and proposal development.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
