We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Activation Manager to join our team. As a Client Activation Manager, you will be responsible for driving momentum across your clients, collaborating with internal Clinch stakeholders and external stakeholders. Your primary role is to lead Project Management for your accounts. Your exceptional skills, comprehensive knowledge of workflows, and proficiency in systems will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality results on time. Additionally, your ability for effective collaboration both internally and externally , and for maximizing learning opportunities, will contribute significantly to the success of our clients and our team.

  • Drive momentum throughout the client engagement process, ensuring all activities move forward effectively and efficiently toward measurable results.
  • Assure delivery of SLAs (Service Level Agreements), meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Act as the escalation leader for key accounts, addressing and resolving client issues promptly and effectively.
  • Demonstrate a keen eye for detail, ensuring that all aspects of client projects and tasks are meticulously managed and executed.
  • Utilize strong organizational skills to maintain a structured and efficient approach to managing client accounts.
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of high-level and granular workflows, enabling effective management and optimization.
  • Utilize your systems skills to leverage technology and tools that enhance productivity and streamline processes.
  • Fearlessly lead the team in executing tasks to a high standard and within the designated time frame.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, product, and support, to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of services.
  • Forge strong external collaborations with clients, actively engaging them in strategic discussions and identifying opportunities for mutual growth.
  • Continuously optimize learning by staying up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.

Requirements


  • Proven experience as a momentum driver and Project Manager who consistently achieves measurable results.
  • 2 or more years of DCO, Ad-Tech Ad-Ops or Ad-Server experience
  • Strong understanding of SLAs and the ability to deliver on commitments.
  • Previous experience leading and resolving account escalations professionally and efficiently.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in systems and tools that enhance productivity and streamline processes.
  • Fearless in leading teams and driving them to meet high-quality and timely deliverables.
  • In-depth understanding of workflows, both at a macro and granular level.
  • Expert collaborator, both internally and externally, with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Passion for continuous learning and optimization, keeping abreast of industry developments and applying them to drive success.
  • PMP and Scrum Master Certifications are a strong plus but not required.
