St. Luke's Virtual Care Center is in the heart of downtown Boise, surrounded by skiable mountains and raftable rivers. St. Luke's Virtual Hospital exists to optimize acute care outcomes through collaboration and the use of technology. The team-based model of care enables patients in our hospitals to have access to specialty resources, when and where they are needed.

What you can expect from this role

 

  • Supports the needs of the Virtual Care Center in Remote Patient Management, Virtual Hospital, and Transfer Center
  • Virtual Hospital support bedside nurses by virtually monitoring and collaborating on patient care
  • Remote Patient Management support patients in their homes by virtually monitoring and collaborating in their care
  • Transfer Center support patient care to higher level of care by connecting providers for consults, transfers, admissions, and placement of patients
  • On site position in high tech facility; NOT REMOTE work
  • Full-time (0.9 FTE), variable shift, mostly day shift (7a-7p), 12-hour shifts; rotating weekends and holidays
  • Certification pay available

 

Qualifications

  • Education: Associate degree required, Bachelor of Nursing Degree preferred
  • Experience: 3+ year RN Experience, background in acute care preferred
  • Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure from the State of Practice and Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
