Position Overview
Reporting to the Head of Growth Marketing, the Revenue Marketing Manager will focus on driving revenue growth through effective marketing strategies and initiatives targeted at loan conversion and customer retention. This role is crucial in supporting growth objectives as he/she will execute strategic marketing campaigns and work closely with cross-functional teams to understand the customer journey and lifecycle, analyze data, identify opportunities, and optimize efforts to ensure they are cost-efficient and scalable.
Duties and ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute brand-aligned and revenue-focused marketing strategies that drive loan conversion rates and enhance customer loyalty, ensuring the brand’s value proposition is communicatedPlan, manage, and optimize marketing campaigns to convert leads and guide prospects through the loan conversion funnel, ensuring consistent brand messaging throughout the customer journeyCollaborate closely with other Marketing units, Product Marketing, Portfolio, Operations, and Client Success Teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals and identify new growth opportunitiesAnalyze customer journey data to identify opportunities for improving conversion rates and reducing drop-offsSupport optimization of marketing automation and CRM systems to enhance lead nurturing and conversion efficiencyConduct A/B testing, measure and report on marketing campaign effectiveness, and provide actionable insights to improve ROIStay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape to recommend adjustments to marketing strategiesRequirementsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fieldProven experience (5+ yrs) in marketing, marketing communications, b2c marketing, or related roles in fintech or financial servicesDemonstrated success in designing and implementing effective growth marketing strategies that have driven significant customer acquisition and revenue growth with measurable business results Strong analytical skills and experience in data-driven decision-making and performance-trackingMature experience in campaign development, implementation, and optimization (end-to-end project management)Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas and concepts clearly and conciselyProficiency in utilizing various marketing channels and tools, including digital platforms, CRM, analytics toolsAbility to juggle multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
