The Cprime Atlassian Delivery Solutions Architect provides specific delivery skills in your specific area of implementation needs. The Solution Architect is a focused delivery resource to implement high-quality solutions in an iterative manner. This person works closely with the customer to align on solution planning and delivery.
What you will do:Install, configure, maintain, administer, and enhance Jira Core, Jira Software, Confluence, Jira Service Desk, and key 3rd party add-onsHelp guide and maintain the organization of data in Jira and ConfluenceWork with customers to enable custom workflows, fields, screens, dashboards, and reportsCreate and manage complex components including project workflows, screen schemes, permission schemes, and notification schemesAdvise on best practices configuration and recommendations to avoid common pitfalls and challenges Experience installing and configuring add-ons for Atlassian Products to provide enhanced capabilitiesProvide user-based training to groups and users on Jira and Confluence usage, administration, and operational user and maintenance of the systemProvide support as required to client administrators and users to ensure the success of the implemented solutionQualifications and Skills:3-5 years of experience with configuration and administration of Atlassian Products such as Jira Core, Jira Software, Confluence, and key 3rd party add-onsConceptual and practical understanding of SDLC and Agile FrameworksAbility to work independently with minimal guidance in a fast-paced environment Ability to manage multiple clients and deliverables at any given time through effective time management and planning Strong work ethic and the ability to work with diverse teams across different time zonesEducation and Certifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related fieldAtlassian certifications are highly desirableSAFe, ITIL, and/or Agile certifications are highly desirableWhat We Believe In
