About Us: At vSplash Techlabs Private Limited, we’re committed to delivering outstanding digital experiences that captivate and engage. We’re seeking an experienced Design Team Lead to guide our talented design team, oversee project execution, and drive innovative solutions.

Position Overview: We are looking for a seasoned Design Team Lead with at least 5 years of experience in web design and team management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading design projects, mentoring designers, and ensuring high-quality outcomes that align with client goals and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of designers, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure professional growth and high performance.
  • Project Oversight: Oversee the design process for multiple projects, ensuring that all designs are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards.
  • Design Strategy: Develop and implement design strategies that align with client objectives and industry best practices. Ensure that design solutions meet user needs and business goals.
  • Quality Assurance: Review and approve design work to ensure it meets brand guidelines, project requirements, and design principles. Maintain consistency across all web pages and applications.
  • Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding design-related matters. Communicate effectively to understand client needs, present design concepts, and incorporate feedback.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, project managers, and marketing specialists to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
  • Innovation: Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies. Advocate for new approaches and tools that can enhance the design process and deliver superior results.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor team performance, set goals, and conduct regular performance reviews. Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance team productivity and satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in web design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of successful projects. Proven experience in a leadership or team lead role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Figma and solid understanding of design principles, including color theory, typography, and wireframing.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a design team, manage projects effectively, and handle multiple priorities.
  • Client Management: Experience interacting with clients and managing their expectations. Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the US market and design trends.
