As an IT Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting our rapidly growing company while leading and developing a growing IT operations and support team. What You’ll Do
- Guide and manage IT Operations and Support team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain IT security processes and controls that comply with our growing organization goals and compliance objectives.
- Develop and implement IT strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Oversee IT projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Manage relationships with vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring the quality of services.
- Prepare and manage the IT department's budget, optimizing costs while ensuring the availability of necessary resources.
- Ensure IT operations meet quality standards, identifying and addressing areas for improvement.
- Establish IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and efficiency of IT operations.
- Ensure the stability and security of IT infrastructure, including network administration and system updates.
- Provide executive-level support and ensure the IT team delivers timely and effective solutions to technical issues.
Who You Are
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in an IT management role with strong background in technical management, IT staff supervision, and strategic planning.
- Dynamic team player with a positive attitude.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (relevant technical and/or leadership certifications are a plus).
- Strategic Thinker with the ability to develop IT strategies that support business goals.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Problem Solver skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex IT issues.
- Experience in managing IT budgets and optimizing resources.
- Experience with SOC2 or other relevant compliance frameworks.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies.
