JOB SUMMARY:  

RafterOne's Salesforce B2B Practice is searching for a savvy, self-motivated Salesforce and solutions expert to join our team as a Business Analyst. In this role, you’ll potentially serve in a dual capacity supporting requirements and configuration. You’ll partner with the client and those on your implementation team to ensure the delivery of a successful Salesforce solution leveraging creativity and superb customer support. In this position, you’ll juggle complex requirements and high expectations in parallel within a fast-paced environment. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Understanding the business/project/client’s need 
  • Identify the requirements and the project scope 
  • Analyse the business problems and recommend solutions  
  • Write user stories with detailed acceptance criteria 
  • Facilitate user acceptance and signoffs 
  • Create and implement the design of the solution that will meet the business/project/client’s requirements 
  • Create and implement project plans 
  • Configure and support Salesforce CRM implementations. 
  • Test the design, manage the QA/UAT, and verify the solution. 
  • Write and keep records of the project 
  • Coordinate client communications and project/client meetings 
  • Perform system demo, participate in user acceptance testing, and conduct user training 
  • Travel to project locations as needed
Requirements

 

EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE: 

  • A Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Information Technology or Computer Science, OR an equivalent combination of education and experience required 
  • 3+ years of Salesforce business analyst experience 
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies 
  • Experience with full-cycle implementation of Salesforce CRM is a big plus 
  • Applicable SF Certifications Preferred 

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES: 

  • Superior abilities in problem-solving, project management, and attention to detail
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized. 
  • Project management skills. 
  • Effective oral and written communication skills. 
  • Adept at communicating with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Advanced Proficiency with all Microsoft Office suite of products 
  • Eligible to work in the applicable region where the job is advertised without the need for current or future sponsorship
