Bachelor’s Degree in IT or Computer Science, 3+ years Salesforce business analyst experience.
Key responsabilities:
- Understand client's needs and project scope
- Analyze and recommend solutions, write user stories with acceptance criteria, facilitate user acceptance
- Create project plans, implement design, configure and support Salesforce CRM implementations, manage QA/UAT
- Coordinate client communications and meetings, perform system demo, user training, record-keeping and travel as needed
