Job description of Executive Virtual Assistant 


We seek a Virtual Assistant who will perform various administrative tasks, including answering emails, scheduling meetings, and calendars, creating and scheduling appointments, transcribing dictation, writing correspondence, and researching specific topics and projects. A virtual Assistant will be a self-motivated individual who can manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks based on the organization’s needs, and work independently. Ultimately, you should be able to handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision. 



Requirements

Responsibilities:

●  Schedule and manage multiple calendars, and coordinate internal/external meetings. 

● Perform general administrative tasks such as transcribing dictation, creating correspondence, editing documents, responding to emails, filing documents, etc. 

● Research and assist in special projects as needed. Perform market research Create presentations, as assigned Address employee administrative 

● Book travel and accommodations. such as making hotel and restaurant reservations booking flights and cars, and 

● CRM Admin works - Data entry, Data management. 

●  Manage a contact list. 

● E-commerce Store Management- Amazon Virtual Assistant, Product Description, Product listing, Order Processing, Editing images, Categorization, Product research, Order Management, Inventory management, engagement with customers, Product updation, and Description Writing.

●   Prepare customer spreadsheets and keep online records. 

●   Provide customer service as the first point of contact. 

●   Monitor the Company’s/client’s Social media accounts.

●   Design, and manage Social media Advertising campaigns to align with business goals.

Requirements and skills: 

● 2+ years of proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role, working remotely with various departments of an organization or business. And experience in handling US, and UK clients.

● Bachelor's Degree and experience working remotely preferred 

● Familiar with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP. 

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

● Excellent computer skills including comfort working with MS Office, and G Suite applications. 

● Detail-oriented & Outstanding organizational and time management skills. 

●Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar), Experienced in Canva. 

● Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills.
