As the Supervisor of Centralized Scheduling, you'll oversee a talented team responsible for accurate timecard management, coaching, and evaluations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the professional and technical operations of the Centralized Scheduling team
  • Ensure adherence to HIPAA guidelines when working with customers and coworkers
  • Manage timecard accuracy, conduct coaching, and perform evaluations for team members
  • Foster professional growth and development opportunities for the team and self
  • Participate in initiatives aimed at continual process improvements
  • Represent Centralized Scheduling professionally, collaboratively, and innovatively in discussions and meetings
  • Provide documented feedback and communication regarding process changes, programs, staff development, coaching opportunities, and workflow concerns
  • Conduct coworker observations as needed
  • Ensure effective supervision, engagement, and leadership availability for staff support

Education and/or Experience Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
  • At least 2 years of previous supervisory experience (preferred)
  • Previous customer service experience (preferred)

  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
  • Ability to follow directions, offer direction, or provide coaching
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • Ability to establish effective relationships with staff, leadership, and clients via telephone and personal contacts
