About the role 💡

As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a crucial role in defining and crafting the user experience of our products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing, to deliver intuitive, engaging, and innovative designs. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with other designers on the team to ensure a clear vision and maintain a powerful design system. Your expertise in UI and UX design, coupled with a deep understanding of user research, will drive the development of products that delight our users.

What you'll do 💼

• Lead the end-to-end design process, from conceptualizing initiatives of design to delivering explicit handoffs working together with developers, ensuring everything that’s added into Voicemod products is a seamless, engaging and fun user experience for our customers.
• Conduct and make use of different types of UX research methods to understand user specific needs, pain points, and behaviors, translating these insights into actionable design solutions. (from very qualitative interviews to straightforward quantitative surveys into the product)
• Create high-fidelity UI designs, wireframes, prototypes, and user flows in Figma that effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals and metrics.
• Communicate the design vision clearly and effectively, participating in workshops and conceptualizing vision exercises. Utilize various tools such as decks, Figma prototypes, references, mood boards, and interactive examples to articulate the design vision and ensure alignment across teams.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies and trends, particularly in gaming industry and AI, to incorporate the latest design innovations into our products and processes.

What you'll need ✅

• Proficient in English (Minimum B2, Ideal C1+).
• Experience designing user interfaces across different platforms; you should be able to show us and explain samples of design work that you have contributed to.
• Experience applying data-driven design, finding the right balance between user experience and metrics optimization; you should be able to show us specific examples and explain their impact on growth KPIs.
• Working knowledge of design tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite as well as familiar with product analytics and experimentation tools like Amplitude, split.io, and the willingness to learn new things.
• The ability to co-create solutions in a team, and the belief in collaborative decision-making.
• Passionate about understanding user needs, creating flows and validating them with data-driven experimentation and user-tests on different fidelity levels.
• Digital craft, hands-on mentality, and the will to keep learning new things.
• Knowledge in responsive websites and applications, when it comes to best practices, different patterns and used technologies.
• Ability to balance multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Bonus Points 🦄

• Experience working closely with software engineers in an agile setup will be a strong plus.
• Knowledge and interest in gaming, with an understanding of gamer behaviors and preferences.

Hiring process ⚙️

Our interview process takes place on Google Meet and tends to consist of the following stages:

1️⃣ TA Team - Validate details and experience. Tell you more about Voicemod (45min).

2️⃣ Hiring Manager - Give you a job overview and go deeper on your professional experience (50min).

3️⃣ Technical Assessment—This is a challenge to explore your technical skills further (up to 180 min).

4️⃣ Peer Interview- You’ll meet a colleague from the Mobile team who will give you a broad idea of the relevant way of working, and they will also assess your technical skills (60 min).
