Your missions

On this journey for over 12 years, Qventus is leading the transformation of healthcare. We enable hospitals to focus on what matters most: patient care. Our innovative solutions harness the power of machine learning, generative AI, and behavioral science to deliver exceptional outcomes and empower care teams to anticipate and resolve issues before they arise.

Our success in rapid scale across the globe is backed by some of the world's leading investors. At Qventus, you will have the opportunity to work with an exceptional, mission-driven team across the globe, and the ability to directly impact the lives of patients. We’re inspired to work with healthcare leaders on our founding vision and unlock world-class medicine through world-class operations.

As an Implementation Success Analyst at Qventus, you will play a vital role in identifying, mitigating, and resolving risks to maintain project timelines, ensuring that key stakeholders are aligned. Your analytical acumen and commitment to customer success, particularly in assisting ISMs with technical and operational tasks, will be crucial for efficient and timely product delivery.

The Implementation Success Analyst is responsible for supporting the seamless delivery of technical features and operational functions within a deployment. You will be accountable for ensuring these responsibilities are met, thereby playing a crucial role in the overall success of our implementations.

About the Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and aid in the management of the project timeline for deployments focusing on ensuring key internal and external assigned deliverables are being completed on time.

  • Collaborate cross functionally with Implementation Success Managers, Customer Success Managers, Data Integration Specialists, Data Engineering  and Product Specialists throughout each deployment to aid in the implementation of solutions that deliver client value.

  • Leverage EHR functional expertise to create documentation and communications that assist with buy-in from core users  around workflows and tool adoption

  • Provide project insight to assist the ISMs from internal project kickoff to go-live

  • Identify and mitigate risks and advise ISMs on project opportunities and risks, driving any issues to resolution.

  • Address operational and technical challenges, ensuring successful and timely rollouts.

  • Distribute, track and follow up on  project deliverables to ensure all assignees are completing tasks on time

  • Create high-quality executive level deliverables at an accelerated pace throughout the implementation

  • Coordinate cross-functional internal work and represent assigned accounts during work prioritization efforts

  • Contribute to team efficiency with an eye for continuous improvement across work methodologies, deliverables, measurable KPIs and other outputs

About What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 2 years of project/program management experience with a comprehensive understanding of the business requirements and technical capabilities needed for an enterprise-wide SaaS implementation.

  • Experience working cross-functionally with multiple teams, both internally and externally, to manage end-to-end project lifecycles and to drive project milestones to completion.

  • Knowledge of inpatient and perioperative metrics, processes, challenges, and solutions

  • Project management experience with complex implementations in the provider-side healthcare setting.

  • A track record of applying strong quantitative and analytical skills in prior roles.

  • Skilled at understanding, documenting, and analyzing data using a variety of tools (Interpreting JAVA/SQL code,  complex Excel functions, etc.)

  • Ability to travel on average 25% and up to 50%.

It’s a Plus if You Have…

  • 1+ years of professional experience working at a top healthcare consulting firm, digital health company, or health system.

  • Experience writing SQL queries (highly desired)

  • Experience with Epic/Cerner EHR instances.

  • Experience working with clinical and/or process consultants.

To be a good fit for the company, candidates should have these intangibles:

  • You find pleasure in defining a method to the madness. People call on you to organize messy situations at work.

  • An assertive, confident attitude and approach towards challenging situations. You run towards the challenge head-on instead of waiting for it to come to you.

  • You’re comfortable with ambiguity and can make ‘gut’ decisions without all the information, course correcting and maintaining momentum with team members to keep going.

  • You want to contribute at any level to drive a task to completion. There’s nothing ‘beneath’ you, as long as you’re helping out.

The salary range for this role is $75,000 to $110,000. Qventus salary bands represent market data across different geographies. We consider several factors when determining compensation, including location, skills and qualifications, and prior relevant experience. Salary is just one component of Qventus’ total package. Some of our key benefits and perks* include but are not limited to: Open Paid Time Off, paid parental leave, professional development, wellness, and technology stipends, generous employee referral bonus, and employee stock option awards.

We believe that diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging are fundamental to improving healthcare and society, and that’s why we’re building a company that leads the way. We hold ourselves accountable to using fair hiring processes that mitigate the negative impacts of unconscious bias. We also work to ensure that people from underrepresented groups play meaningful roles on both sides of the interview table. We are an equal opportunity employer and give all qualified applicants consideration for employment without regard to age, ancestry, color, family or medical care leave, gender identity or expression, genetic information, marital status, medical condition, national origin, physical or mental disability, political affiliation, protected veteran status, race, religion, sex (including pregnancy), sexual orientation, or any other characteristic protected by applicable laws, regulations and ordinances.

Employment is contingent upon the satisfactory completion of our pre-employment background investigation and drug test.
