About the Role

We are looking for a Director of Revenue Analytics to design and launch this function within Rula. This person will optimize our speed and quality of action by ensuring revenue teams are equipped with high-quality data and insights. The right candidate for this role knows how to create complex models that inform multivariate recommendations, communicate complex information effectively, and prioritize work that drives tangible business impact. You have built this function to scale in a startup environment or in a high-growth (100%+ YoY) company with a mature sales motion.

1 in 5 people suffer from a mental health issue, and fewer than 50% get help. We need someone with the skills and interest to bring clarity to chaos, who can play a pivotal role in helping this team empower more people with access to high-quality, affordable mental healthcare. You will join a fast-growing business in its early stages, with unparalleled possibilities to make an impact on issues that matter in the world.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in revenue operations, business intelligence, or related fields

  • 5+ years of people management experience

  • Expertise using SQL to build scalable revenue forecasting, quota, and headcount models

  • Experience with modern data stacks for data pipelines (dbt, Airflow, etc.), CRM reporting (Salesforce, Copper, etc.), and data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Hex, etc.)

  • Proven ability to communicate actionable recommendations to executives by linking data to business implications 

  • Expertise in designing and implementing effective lead scoring systems

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in applying curiosity and experimentation to solve ambiguous problems

  • Experience balancing supply and demand growth at a marketplace company 

  • Experience in a mix of scaled and high-growth startup environments

  • Experience collaborating with Finance teams to measure the ROI of revenue teams and programs

  • Proficiency in Python

  • Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in mental health or telehealth services
