YOUR MISSION

At Glovo, we strive to provide easy access to anything within cities, and to achieve this, we need a strategic, analytical, and results-driven individual to advance our Courier Business: we want to offer a seamless experience to our customers who need to move things from point A to point B. We are looking for a talented and ambitious Sr. Business Analyst to help build this business from the ground-up. This is a 360° role, very similar to being in a tiny startup that needs to scale. THE JOURNEY

• Convert data into insights in order to support business decisions.
• Analyse, comprehend and translate customer behaviour from data in order to improve the understanding of CX and identify improvement opportunities.
• Own all growth levers and optimise their strategy for the Courier business (pricing, product, loyalty, promotions, consumer understanding, finance planning, customer experience, performance marketing, CRM and incentives, Comms)
• Design, publish and maintain dashboards and visualisation tools to facilitate business performance tracking and decision-making
• Have an active role in the expansion of the Courier business

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

• Bachelor or Master degree in Business Management, Business Intelligence, Business Analytics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, or similar
• 3-5 years of prior experience in a data-driven environment delivering actionable insights. Experience with Growth and/or AB Testing is desirable.
• Sound business acumen. Ability to balance and prioritise multiple requests.
• Proficiency in SQL and GSheets/Excel. Experience with Looker, Power BI, Tableau or similar tools as well as interest in other programming languages is a plus
• Strong analytical skills with a passion for the latest tools & technologies. Comfortable managing large data sets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds and hierarchical levels.
• Fluent spoken and written English. Having the capability to not only communicate clearly but also write structurally and understandably.
