Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM- 6:00 PM (MST)

Position Overview:

The Assistant Project Manager will support existing project managers by performing tasks such as municipal code research, quote creation, customer follow-ups, city permitting, and finding and vetting local installers. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth project operations and maintaining high standards of client service.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Support:

• Assist project managers with municipal code research.
• Create and manage project quotes.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Manage city permitting processes and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Find and vet local installers to ensure quality and reliability.

Data Management:

• Maintain organized records of project details and communications.
• Ensure all data is accurate and easily accessible for team members.

Communication:

• Interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Clearly communicate project requirements and timelines.

Quality Assurance:

• Ensure all tasks are performed to high standards.
• Continuously seek ways to improve project management processes.
  

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills are essential.
• Must possess strong English language skills, including speaking, comprehension, and writing.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
• Skill in identifying issues and finding effective solutions.
• Project management experience is preferred.
• A 4-year college degree is required (exceptions can be considered).
• Experience with CRM and project management software is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator is an advantage but not required.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience in the signage industry.
• Advanced proficiency with project management tools.
