Job Description
We are looking for an Executive Assistant who will maintain executive calendars, scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. You will also assist with the preparation and formatting of reports, presentations, and other documents.
Other responsibilities:
- ● Coordinate and track project deliverables, ensuring that deadlines are met and key stakeholders are informed.
- ● Manage confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- ● Conduct research and compile data for various projects and initiatives.
- ● Coordinate and organize team events, conferences, and workshops, including logistics and materials preparation.
Qualifications
- ● Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
- ● Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- ● Strong written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
- ● Proficient in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- ● High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
- ● Ability to work independently and take initiative while also collaborating effectively within a team.
