Your missions

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Staffing Coordinator to join our team. You will be responsible for developing and managing efficient schedules for our providers and call center staff to ensure optimal patient care. You will have strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and excellent communication abilities.

How you will make an impact
  • Develop and manage provider and call center staff schedules across multiple shifts
  • Manage and maintain provider and agent schedules by filling open shifts, coordinating schedules to increase or decrease the amount of necessary coverage, including changing shifts immediately to ensure shifts are staffed appropriately 
  • Update and maintain system to reflect holidays, time off requests, appointments, trainings and unavailability 
  • Resolve scheduling conflicts and manage last-minute changes efficiently
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders regarding assignments and issues 
  • Monitor staff performance and attendance, reporting any issues to management
  • Ensure all shifts are filled to meet requirements 
  • Keep phone list updated, and current staff information updated in system; contacting any team members if shift changes are made or if they are late to their shift 
  • Communicate daily with key stakeholders within organization; including providers and agents to ensure coverage  
  • Ensure staff are aware of schedules on a weekly basis 
  • Provide reports as requested related to provider shifts and predicted patient volumes  
  • Assist in training new staff on scheduling systems and procedures 
  • Manage onboarding process of new providers and agents 
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

  • What we are looking for
  • 2 degree required; 4 year degree preferred
  • Understanding of shift planning and allocation and knowledge of labor laws 
  • Proficiency in scheduling software, or willingness to learn 
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills  
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and problem-solving skills 
  • Must have high speed internet at home to access our scheduling software
  • Must be able to excel in a fast-paced environment 
  • Previous experience working in scheduling required
  • At least one year of clinical experience preferred
  • Proficiency in computer applications
