The Technical Project Manager’s role is critical to project success. The ideal candidate has experience as the senior project management lead, building midsize to enterprise level websites in HubSpot to execution as well as integration work and other technical projects. They are focused on clear planning and communication to exceed client expectations on schedule and on budget. The Technical Project Manager’s work across the team along with our designers, developers, content strategists, UX/UI strategists, writers and marketing implementation specialists to deliver for our clients, ensuring that we are always in alignment. Above all else, you must be passionate about building and maintaining relationships with both clients and the internal team, and be an excellent and timely communicator to move your project plan through to completion.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Creating and managing detailed timelines
• Communicating with clients and internal teams to stay on track to complete weekly deliverables
• Communicating and collaborate with dev and design teams
• Educating the client on process, execution best practices and technology
• Staying up-to-date with trends to help identify opportunities for the client
• Communicating opportunities to improve the client experience with Mole Street leadership
• Ensuring Asana and timelines are kept up-to-date
• Accurately logging time to Harvest to gather project and deliverable cost/value
• Properly communicating requirements and coordinating with Mole Street creative and development resources

Experience and Education Requirements:

• 5+ years experience as a technical project manager, having run point on midsize to enterprise level web and technical projects contract to launch
• Deep understanding of HubSpot CMS and all facets of the technology
• Deep understanding of coding, technology solutions and best practices in sensitive technical environments
• B.A. or B.S. degree
• HubSpot certifications a plus
• Strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, be well-organized and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously with a tenacious belief in hitting deadlines and meeting commitments
• Strong work ethic with a positive and passionate attitude
• Demonstrated ability to think creatively based on customer requirements
• Demonstrate analytical thinking and independent management skills
• Knowledge of search engine optimization best practices
