Remote position

This is a dynamic role that requires a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and effective communication skills. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing our digital measurement capabilities and contributing to data-driven decision-making.

Job Responsibility

  • Utilize web analytics tools to monitor and analyze website and digital platform performance. GA4 is the primary tool used by our clients but experience with Adobe Analytics is a plus
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and overall online presence.
  • Implement and manage tracking codes using GTM (Google Tag Manager) to ensure accurate data collection.
  • Familiarity and experience with server to server tracking using sGTM containers
  • Familiarity and experience with Consent management systems and Google consent mode, with a focus on ensuring GTM tags and variables are in compliance with clients’ stated legal requirements. 
  • Interpret data and provide actionable recommendations to improve digital strategies.
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on digital performance metrics.
  • Create visually appealing and informative dashboards for stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze e-commerce performance, including sales, conversion funnels, and product performance.
  • Implement and analyze analytics for mobile applications, considering user behavior and engagement.
  • Evaluate the performance of digital marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and paid advertising.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their analytics needs.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and documentation.
  • Effectively communicate findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Maintain documentation of analytics processes, methodologies, and insights.
Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of proven experience in Web Analytics.
  • Proficient in utilizing web analytics tools, including Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics.
  • Expertise in tracking implementation using Google Tag Manager (GTM).
  • Hands-on experience in mobile app analytics implementation, particularly with Firebase.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends and tools in digital analytics.
  • Strong understanding of business requirements, with the ability to translate them into technical specifications.
  • Create comprehensive documentation of SDR (Solution Design Reference) and BRD (Business Requirements Document).
  • Exposure to e-commerce platforms' web analytics data, with a focus on deriving actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in third-party pixel implementation.
  • Effective communication skills, essential for collaborating with stakeholders across various business verticals.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset.
  • Proactive and able to work independently.
  • Continuous learner with a passion for staying ahead in the rapidly evolving field of digital analytics.
