Data Quality & Management Specialist

What you will do:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end data processes falling under the umbrella of Data Quality Assurance, starting from establishing data profiles, quality rules and reconciliations. We are targeting continues data assessment and improvement via automation but also reviewing and enhancing data related processes. Our Data Quality specialist will be working hand-in-hand to Data Stewarts and Data Owners. This role requires proficiency in using tools such as Talend and Collibra to support data governance initiatives.

Your day-to-day:

• Ensure data quality and reconciliation processes are in place and adhered to.

• Collaborate with Data Owners and Data Stewards to gather requirements for data quality, lineage, and governance.

• Implement and manage data quality rules using available tools.

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand and fulfill data requirements.

• Profile the data and analyze user requirements.

• Contribute to the company's data governance framework and policies.

Qualifications:

• BSCs degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

• Proven experience in data management, preferably in the Insurance industry.

• Strong understanding of data governance principles and practices.

• Proficiency in data integration and governance tools, preferably Talend and Collibra.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with Data Owners, Data Stewards and other stakeholders.

• Ability to work both independently and within a team.
