About the Role

Rula has had incredible success building out our core behavioral health offerings in Therapy and Psychiatric Services, but in our mission to make mental healthcare work for everyone, we have barely scratched the surface. To ensure that the 70M Americans a year that try to find help, get that help, we need to expand mental health care delivery to serve as many of those 70M Americans as possible. This is where you come in. 

We are seeking a Senior Manager (Sr Supply Innovation Manager) to join our growing Provider Strategy & Operations team. The Supply Innovation pod focuses on standing up provider (supply) operations underpinning each new business line and care delivery model, then integrating processes & systems into core operations to scale. Examples of upcoming initiatives include in-person care, pediatric care, and Medicare/Medicaid services. The Sr Manager will initially be responsible for standing up scalable in-person supply operations to enable Rula to offer in-person care in all 50 states. 

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in strategy & operations roles with at least 4 years of experience in process and/or product improvement in a high growth organization, for example: tech, consulting, or other fast moving environments.

  • Demonstrated experience with standing up, optimizing, and scaling new processes and systems

  • Project management experience with complex cross-functional teams

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex issues into structured frameworks and concrete action plans

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Proficient with analysis, particularly in Excel /Gsheets. SQL preferred

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Zendesk, Salesforce, Airtable, Fountain, Calendly

  • Experience working in high-growth startups and/or the behavioral health sector

  • Experience writing technical requirements, project plans, experiment results, project updates, and strategy docs
