Position Overview:

We're seeking a talented and versatile Marketing Lead to join our team and spearhead our marketing efforts. As our sole dedicated marketing hire, you'll play a crucial role in shaping Hapn's brand, driving product adoption, and supporting our rapid growth. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact and potentially grow into a leadership role as we expand.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Marketing Strategy:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies
  • Create compelling positioning and messaging for our solutions
  • Plan and manage product launches and feature releases

Content Creation and Management

  • Produce high-quality sales and marketing collateral (e.g., one-pagers, case studies, videos)
  • Manage and update the company website
  • Create partnership marketing materials
  • Develop industry-focused content for the blog and social media channels

Campaign Management:

  • Design and execute nurture campaigns for leads
  • Create and manage customer marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with agencies on demand-generation initiatives

Sales Enablement:

  • Support the sales team with effective marketing materials
  • Assist with trade show preparations and execution

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to inform product positioning and messaging
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights

Partnership Enablement:

  • Develop marketing strategies and materials to support partner acquisition and engagement
  • Create co-marketing campaigns and content with key partners
  • Collaborate with the partnerships team to enable partners with product knowledge and marketing resources
  • Measure and optimize the effectiveness of partner marketing initiatives

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with product, partnerships, sales, and customer success teams
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and freelancers

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS
  • Proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong project management abilities
  • Experience with marketing tools and CMS platforms
  • Basic design skills (e.g., proficiency with Canva or similar software)
  • Familiarity with SEO and content marketing best practices

  • Creativity in content creation and campaign development
