What skills do we need:

- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to defend your point of view and justify decisions
- High learning capacity and willingness to develop
- Experience working with large databases

Main responsibilities:

- Client verification
- Review payout requests (Excel)
- Process or cancel payments
- Handle tickets from other departments
- Respond to support queries and analyze client profile data

Tools:

- Excel (version 16+)
- Working with back office and CRM systems

Work schedule:

- Shift-based 2/2, with 2 day shifts from 9:00 to 21:00 and 2 night shifts from 21:00 to 9:00
