The Team and Role:

As the Head of Direct Engagement NAM B2B/Enterprise Sales you are an ambitious, driven business leader who is seeking to lead the B2B Direct Engagement team and drive revenue growth across North America. You are entrepreneurial and demonstrate creative problem-solving and excellent ability to strategize, execute and lead. You’re excited to help build upon a newly created B2B/Enterprise Sales team with a culture of success by exploring new pathways to growth.

You will be part of a team responsible for further developing the end customer business and support the B2B business strategy across commercial channels.

You will lead a team of 5 experienced Direct Engagement Team Leaders across the North America (NAM) region. This position reports to the Global Head of B2B/Enterprise Sales and is accountable for the quota retirement in the regions.

  • Be accountable for the performance of Top Key Named Accounts, achieving assigned targets within the region and team

  • Hold responsibility for forecasting, reporting, account planning, customer satisfaction in the EU customer landscape

  • Implement a comprehensive strategy that maximizes Logitech’s B2B opportunities with end customer business

  • Focus on NAM top corporate end users

  • Engage with MSFT, Google and Zoom teams (Alliances)

  • Drive the NAM B2B/Enterprise strategy across all regions and ensure the teams understand the end-to-end strategy and plan

  • Business development by identifying cross & up-selling opportunity within key customer portfolios

  • Ensure the team maintain an accurate project pipeline in Salesforce at all times with the relevant coverage

  • Be a strong Leader and role model for our Direct Engagement Managers and their High touch Account Managers

Your skills:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team.

  • An entrepreneurial mindset, hands-on, highly motivated, and driven self-starter with a history of achievement in personal and work goals.

  • Experience in direct people management experience, ability to recruit, motivate, enable, and develop talent across the region

  • Proven experience in a 2-tier sales model, operations, partnerships, and BD, particularly in IT or UCC, with a proven track record of successful growing businesses

  • Experience in leading or running a Sales unit

  • Experience within highly ambitious sales/growth/operations environments

  • Strong strategic instincts, negotiating skills, and analytical rigor

  • Excellent relationship-building and maintenance skills with customers

  • Empathy for your target customer and your co-workers

  • Knowledge of the video collaboration and B2B IT peripherals market, industry and familiarity

  • A working knowledge of industry practices, competitive products and research data

  • Understanding of market trends, assumptions and practices and policies

  • In addition, preferable skills and behaviors include:

  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Ability to quickly understand and demonstrate technology and business value propositions.

Location:

  • Logitech is proud to support hybrid/remote work. This is a full-time remote US role; Due to the high level of travel, candidates should ideally reside in a US city that is within a commutable distance to a major Airport.

This position offers an annual OTE (on target earnings) typically between $ 215K and $ 500K depending on location and experience.

In certain circumstances, higher compensation will be considered based on the business need, candidate experience, and skills.
