About Curtis-Villar:

Curtis-Villar is an accounting, and tax firm that helps clients maximize their business potential. They specialize in owner-managed and family businesses, small to medium-sized companies, start-ups, and more.

We are seeking an experienced Administrator with internal bookkeeping skills for a full-time, work-from-home role. Candidates should have at least 3 years of administrative experience, preferably in an accounting firm.

What we are offering:

  • Starting from 30,000 MXN pesos per month + 13th month pay.
  • Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 3:00 pm MXN time
  • 10 days paid leave + Canadian public holidays (with flexibility)
  • Permanent work-from-home set-up.

Position Summary:

As the Firm Administrator, you will assist with daily tasks to achieve financial and operational goals. Strong leadership and excellent management skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative tasks.
  • Provide support to teams.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting.
  • Compliance with financial policies.
  • Track professional development and dues.
  • Handle payroll and manage vacation time.
  • Oversee accounts receivable and follow-ups.
  • Reconcile CRM revenue and receivables.
  • Invoice clients and follow up on invoices.
  • Prepare renewals and onboard new clients.

Skills and Experience:

  • Excellent communication and client service skills.
  • Time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with Xero, Dext, and Wagepoint is a plus.
