Niyam is seeking an experienced Identity Access Management (IAM) Administrator to lead and support the TIER III sustainment of critical infrastructure in support of our work with FEMA. This project offers the candidate the ideal opportunity to support the Nation’s Emergency Management community by supporting a critical part of FEMA infrastructure.   Our team is small--currently 3 technical staff and all with outstanding technical skills, which provides the qualified candidate a chance to grow professionally.  We offer competitive compensation and benefits. Position currently allows for remote work but may require periodic on-site work at our Fairfax, VA location.


 

Roles and Responsibilities

    • Responsible for the administration and TIER III support of FEMA’s Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) infrastructure. Provide administrative and operational support for IBM Webseal, IBM Security Verify Access (ISVA) and IBM Security Identity Manager (ISIM) and Single Sign-On (SSO) policy-based security solutions and ICAM integrations   
    • Experience Configuring Appliances and integration between various components like IBM Security Verify Access (WebSEAL), Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP), Policy Server, Authorization Server, and Advanced Access Control (AAC).
    • Experience Configuring workflows for Identities and accounts, set up roles, provisioning policies, ensuring timely provisioning and de-provisioning and access to systems and applications.
    • Experience of migration of older version IBM Identity Manager to ISVG
    • Must have experience in CyberArk PAM solution
    • Responsibilities include design, deployment, integration, administration, and daily operations of CyberArk Privileged Access System and password vault
    • Must have engineering experience in developing connectors/plugins for Cyberark Password management and Session management functionalities
    • Experience in implementation, operations, and upgrade of Delinea Privileged Access Service
    • (PAS) Solution
    • Experience in Delinea PAS troubleshooting, administration, and access management across the FEMA environment for UNIX platforms.
    • Collaborate closely with teams across the organization to understand access control and identity management requirements and develop effective solutions.
    • Knowledge in Axway Validation Authority (VA) Suite certificate validation to support your mission-critical PKIs infrastructure.
    • Monitor and uphold the performance and availability of the IAM environment, ensuring continuous operation.


    Qualifications and Education Requirements

    • Proof of US Citizenship and ability to obtain Public Trust Security Clearance
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field and at least ten years of experience
    • At least 4 years of experience in the following Identity Access Management and Security tools and techniques: IBM Security Verify Access, IBM Security Verify Access Federation Module, IBM Security Identity Manager/IBM Security Verify Governance, CyberArk PAM - CyberArk Certified Delivery Engineer, Delinea Privileged Access Service
    • Experience in Identity, Credentialing, and Access Management (ICAM)


    Preferred Skills

    • Prior experience working with federal clients
    • Active Public Trust Security Clearance

    • Local to DMV Area

    • Experience with IBM Webseal and/or Identity Access Management and Security Tools including IBM Security Access Manager (ISAM) and IBM Security Identity Manager (ISIM)

    • More than four (4) years of experience with the design, engineering, and implementation of CyberArk PAS Solution
