Job description

Your Mission
Reporting to the Sales Department, you will manage and support partners and customers of NFON France, ensuring their projects are successful.

The work you’ll do
Your role focuses on Sales and collaboration with interfaces and joint projects:
Sales Focus:
  • Recruiting new partners (contracts, sales training, technical training)
  • Nurturing partners (regular communication and support to follow prospects and leads, follow up on active contracts, support partners with lead and bid tenders)
  • Managing leads from the website nfon.com and directing them to partners
  • Receiving quotes from omt.nfon.com and creating orders in BSS
  • Assisting partners in generating quotes
  • Conducting monthly bill runs with Finance
In collaboration with our Technical Consulting team, you will be responsible for:
  • Being an expert on all solutions provided by NFON
  • Providing technical support to partners (PBX configuration, hardware support for desk phones, DECT, headsets, premium solutions)
  • Assisting our customers with configuration
  • Partially managing Level 1 technical support
Together with our Field Marketing team, you will implement the following projects:
  • Creating newsletters and communications to partners and managing sales challenges
  • Conducting webinars to improve partners' skills on all products
  • Managing marketing funds and leads
Regulatory:
  • Acting as an interface with ARCEP/APNF for France and IBTF for Belgium
Your profile
The qualifications you need
  • A background in Sales, Technical, or Engineering with a degree in business connected to IT or telecommunications, and over 3 years of experience in a similar position and in project management
  • Professional English skills are required. You will work in an international context with daily exchanges in English (meetings/emails, etc.)
  • Knowledge of UCaaS, IP and VoIP connectivity, SIP Trunking, Hosted IP telephony solutions, and CloudPBX solutions
  • A proactive and curious mindset with the ability to propose innovative solutions to customers
  • Responsiveness and proactivity to detect solutions where others see obstacles
  • Enthusiasm for contributing to the development of a subsidiary into an ambitious startup, along with curiosity and a strong sense of teaching
  • Proficiency in project management tools, excellent interpersonal skills, and strong editorial skills
