About the Role 

As a Product Manager, you will work with our Data Operations team that is responsible for extracting, transforming, and visualizing data across the Interfolio ecosystem. You will work with the associate director of product and VP of product to determine the roadmap for data, align priorities internally, handle go-to-market efforts, and manage launch readiness processes.  

Responsibilities 

  • Interact with our Data Operations team and engineers that build and support our data products 

  • Work with our UX team to design interfaces that allow faculty members to tell their stories using high-quality data 

  • Manage product releases by aligning internal and external stakeholders on new feature sets 

  • Work directly with internal business partners to gather and assess product needs in the marketplace 

  • Lead the execution of a product roadmap for a single feature area 

  • Define and prioritize product requirements  

  • Contribute to development and execution of the product strategy 

 
Requirements 

  • Be able to demonstrate excellent organizational skills when dealing with multiple priorities and be able to think critically and analytically 

  • Have an understanding of best practices in data management 

  • Possess an understanding of the largest challenges in in higher education, ideally through experience working in higher education or in the EdTech space 

  • Have excellent communication skills and the ability to convey information clearly to a wide audience 

  • Have a great working knowledge of Monday.com, Jira, Roadmunk, Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) 

  • Have experience with Sisense, Tableau, or other business intelligence tools 

  • Ability to write SQL queries and understanding of relational databases and cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake 

  • Have experience working in Product Management
