Staff Consultant

• Create and refine digital product designs from early wireframes to high-definition visuals. Utilize Figma, Sketch, InVision, Principle, Zeplin, Azure, and other tools for prototyping and design.
• Conduct user research, implement findings, and perform user testing and A/B testing to validate design decisions. Design and execute user interface experiments.
• Design and deliver product visualizations with input from Squad designers, Product Owners, and engineers.
• Define and help develop user personas, user journeys, and service blueprints.
• Work collaboratively with other squad members to explore solution spaces, refine concepts, and communicate designs effectively. Help define the long and short-term vision and roadmap for digital products.

• Proficiency in Figma and other design tools.
• Experience in digital product design and development, particularly in an Agile environment.
• Strong graphical and visual design skills.
• Experience with rapid prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, InVision).
• Ability to conduct user research, user testing, and A/B testing.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a self-motivated, professional presence.
• Ability to build prototypes and validate design concepts.
• Good-to-Have Skills:
  • Experience with Adobe Suite and other prototyping tools.
  • Familiarity with user interface experimentation and analytics.
