Position: Social Media Manager
Location: Remote, India
Hours: Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - 75,000.00 per month

(India compensation is based upon the local competitive market.)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced rockstar social media manager to join our US-based company in a fun, remote job. This position offers flexibility as long as you get your work done. We are looking for a creative individual who loves social media, knows how to grow social channels, drive engagement, and achieve a real ROI on social media efforts.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media marketing, particularly with Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads, and a proven track record of driving ROI on social platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, strategize, and manage the complete social media presence for clients.
  • Create and manage content across various social media platforms.
  • Generate engagement with the right audience through organic and paid campaigns.
  • Conceptualize ideas for social media creatives in collaboration with the design team.
  • Execute campaigns, contests, and initiatives on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
  • Define and track social media KPIs to measure success.
  • Increase visibility and footprint on various social media channels.
  • Utilize newer social media tools to enhance branding and engagement.
  • Monitor the latest trends in social media tools and applications.
  • Update the management team on relevant social media techniques and campaign effectiveness.
  • Prepare MIS reports to assess the impact of social media on overall marketing efforts.
  • Analyze social media analytics and create monthly reports.
  • Develop promotional plans and community features to increase user activity.
  • Track campaign performance using platform analytics tools.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of social media marketing experience.
  • Proficiency in Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Strategist or Manager.
  • Hands-on experience using social media for brand awareness and engagement.
  • Basic understanding of SEO, web traffic metrics, and content management.
  • Excellent copywriting and creative content creation skills.
  • Strong multitasking and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Agorapulse, Buffer, Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must have excellent English skills.
  • Must have stable internet and power.

Preferred Skills:

  • Know Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads - Must have this.
  • Experience in video submission on platforms like YouTube.
  • Ability to drive engagement on social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube.
  • Experience in developing promotional plans and increasing user activity.
  • Knowledge of online marketing channels and influencer marketing.
  • Knowledge of AI tools is a plus.
