<title>About the role</title>

As the Head of Fleet & Vehicle Operations, you will be responsible for ensuring we scale the number of drivers on our platform levering on our Fleet partners, and unlocking vehicle constraints stopping drivers from earning on our platform. Fleet owner success and growth is a strategic area for the whole vertical, paired with vehicle growth and electrification.

<title>Main tasks and responsibilities:</title>

  • <point>Define and drive our strategy on Fleet & Vehicle acquisition, engagement, satisfaction, service reliability, and retention, by identifying new acquisition channels, designing engagement tools, and leading the electrification strategy.</point>
  • <point>Identify key levers to use for removing vehicle blockers in our markets. Collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver the solutions and act as a partner for the Corporate Development team to acquire and operationalize the vehicles through programs.</point>
  • <point>Design processes, tooling, and automation that can drive improved operational efficiency, increase fleet & vehicle conversion, and reduce cost.</point>
  • <point>Work closely with the Central Ops Analytics team to provide high-quality reporting and analysis of our fleet and vehicle base.</point>
  • <point>Collaborate closely with country, product, growth, and marketing teams. Many initiatives will be driven cross-functionally but will be project/program managed by you and your team.</point>
  • <point>Ensure a hiring bar for talent, while managing and developing a team of approximately 10 employees, with the potential to scale once results are proven.</point>

  • <point>You have a strategic & analytical approach;</point>
  • <point>You are an experienced people manager with a high bar for hiring;</point>
  • <point>You preferably have exposure to P&L management.</point>
