Essential Job Functions
- Be the LI API ambassador & technical peer to Client’s business development team and aid new partner integration launches.
- Owner of quality developer API documentation & development efficiency tools
- Provisioning access and providing tech consultation to partners and educating on Client’s APIs
- Partner development support & certification
- Support monitoring & management of live API partners
- Provide feedback on existing developer processes & share voice of partners
- Handle new partner integration launches from start to finish
- Excellent business communication skills & on-spot solutioning to de-escalate partner blockers
- Experience running escalations & prioritizations across multiple stakeholders (Client, Eng, Product, Support e.t.c)
Qualifications:
Basic
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience s an Integrations Engineer with significant experience in Boomi.
Preferred
- Strong programming skills in Java, JavaScript or Python
- Deep understanding of integration methodologies, patterns, and best practices.
- Proficiency in various API Access protocols (like OAuth e.t.c), API versioning & breaking change management & partner management
- Experience with API gateways, including API management, abuse protection, throttling e.t.c
- Extensive Experience with SQL, REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and XML/JSON
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and lead projects.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
- Experience in external client facing roles
