Vorresti diventare un/una Therapy Training Specialist (TTS) nella OU Diabete di Medtronic? Immagina un ruolo dove la tua competenza diventa un faro di supporto per pazienti e operatori sanitari. Diventerai un punto di riferimento tecnico, seguirai il codice etico Medtronic, costruendo relazioni professionali nel tuo territorio.

Nel dinamico mondo di Medtronic, il TTS svolge un ruolo chiave garantendo l'utilizzo ottimale dei prodotti per la cura del diabete. Oltre alla diffusione di conoscenze tecniche, la tua responsabilità abbraccia l'intero processo di formazione del paziente e il supporto post-vendita, contribuendo a piani strategici territoriali in collaborazione con team interni e colleghi TTS. La tua posizione sarà a diretto riporto del Technical & Sales Coordinator/District Manager e sarà inserita nel Team Vendite Toscana con focus su HCPs Diabetologi, Endocrinologi, Medicina Interna, Diabetologia Pediatrica, Amministrazioni e Farmacie ospedaliere e territoriali.

A Day in the Life

  • Eseguire formazione tecnica per i nuovi pazienti, monitorando l'uso corretto dei dispositivi e approfondendo funzionalità avanzate.
  • Partecipare agli incontri di follow up per rispondere alle richieste di pazienti e diabetologi.
  • Promuovere la formazione tecnica continua e sensibilizzare i team diabetologici sull'ottimale gestione del diabete con i dispositivi Medtronic.
  • Programmare la formazione tecnica per l'attivazione dei nuovi pazienti.
  • Collaborare nel ciclo commerciale e processo di prescrizione, tutelando la gestione degli inventari.
  • Supportare amministrativamente il manager e i colleghi nel controllo dei costi del territorio.
  • Coinvolgere il personale medico e infermieristico in attività di Education, organizzando eventi formativi locali e fornendo supporto tecnico durante eventi scientifici.


Must Haves

  • Laureato con formazione in discipline scientifiche e con esperienza di almeno due anni in ambito pharma o medical device.
  • Competenza nell'uso di supporti informatici.
  • Patente B e disponibilità a spostamenti frequenti in Toscana e saltuariamente su tutto il Nord Ovest Italia.
  • Conoscenza del mercato dei dispositivi medici e delle terapie.
  • Eccellenti abilità interpersonali, di negoziazione, problem-solving, approccio consulenziale, orientamento al risultato, lavoro di squadra, proattività, comunicazione assertiva e familiarità con i sistemi CRM (Customer Relationship Management).
