Senior Architect (all genders)

About the role 

 As a Senior Architect at GROPYUS you will be working on the development, evolution and implementation of our building product, while promoting the standardisation of processes throughout our workstreams. You will be working within the Architecture Team, which forms part of the wider Building Systems Team, as part of an interdisciplinary environment. 

What you’ll be doing 

• Contribute to the development and implementation of our Residential Building Product  
• Evolution of the Product within the Series- and Change Management Processes 
• Coordination with design disciplines like Engineering, MEP, Building Physics, Acoustics, Fire Protection, and Energy Design  
• Coordination with Product Management, Development, Execution and Procurement  
• Specification of finishes, fixtures & equipment, and content development for Ausstatungskatalog & Baubeschreibung in relation to Gropyus Product Lines and Building System 
• Contribution to the improvement of our Digital Value Chain  
• Design for user centricity, DfMA, sustainability, and cost  

Who you are 

• Project experience up to LPH4 (LPH5 beneficial) project stage in Germany and/or Austria  
• Experience in residential buildings of building class 4 and/or 5  
• Proficiency in relevant German and/or Austrian regulations and codes  
• Experience in timber and prefab/ modular construction a plus 
• Very good command of Revit essential 
• Interior Architecture experience a plus 
• Fluent German and English skills
