Job description

What if you could personally impact the future of healthcare? As part of the PocketHealth team, you will enable hospitals and clinics across North America — and more importantly, empower over a million patients — to discover a better healthcare experience.

PocketHealth is a patient-centric platform that enables hospitals and clinics across North America to share imaging records digitally with patients, instantly and securely. Through our platform, we enable patients to be active and engaged participants in their own care, and take control of their care journey. In addition to image sharing, which is the heart of the PocketHealth platform, we’ve grown our core functionality to enable sharing between hospitals and physicians, as well as instant image retrieval and automated importing capability. PocketHealth is a unified image management solution for over 600 hospitals and clinics across North America. We believe that by placing patients at the center of the record release process, data moves more ethically, easily and securely throughout the care journey, and we’re looking for passionate individuals to help make this vision a reality for millions more patients across North America.

As the Customer Marketing Manager at PocketHealth, you'll work closely with our Customer Success and Marketing teams to build impactful campaigns and programs that drive improved customer engagement and help accelerate our go-to-market efforts. You'll become an expert on our customers to leverage the right insights and tactics that drive the needle at strategic accounts, while developing and cultivating strong relationships with our customer advocates.

Our ideal candidate has proven Customer Marketing experience, is passionate about working with customers, and thrives working in high-performing cross-functional teams. They are analytical, insight-driven and growth-minded, with strong communication and persuasion skills.

The responsibilities of this role include:
  • Building and managing targeted campaigns at strategic accounts to drive patient acquisition and strengthen partner relationships with our provider client base.
  • Collaborating closely with Customer Success and Marketing to build a customer segmentation model, identify and prioritize key strategic accounts, and create customized integrated campaign strategies across various persona types, including front-line staff, hospital management and physicians.
  • Leveraging specific marketing tactics to drive patient and staff awareness at specific hospital sites, including customized communication assets, competitions and event marketing.
  • Developing and managing our customer advocacy program to increase customer engagement and participation in key initiatives, including a Customer Advisory Board, referrals, testimonials and speaking opportunities, and to accelerate pipeline and upsell opportunities.
  • Monitoring and analyzing campaign and program performance, adjusting tactics to optimize results, drive continuous improvement and achieve KPIs.

  • About you:
  • 2-3 years experience in customer marketing (added bonus if you have experience in a B2B2C environment), or equivalent demonstrated experience.
  • Demonstrable experience in developing and executing successful customer marketing campaigns.
  • A successful track record of cultivating strong relationships with customers and managing an advocacy program.
  • Creative problem solver and strategic thinker fuelled by exceptional analytical skills. You know how to synthesize different data points to pull out key insights and put these into action to drive impact.
  • Strong organizational skills, with an ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and pivot quickly in a fast moving environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You are well versed on building strong relationships with customers and internal teams, and can tailor your style and content to different audiences to achieve desired outcomes.
  • You can do amazing things at PocketHealth. You can positively impact the healthcare journey for millions of people, while building your career and developing your skills. It doesn’t have to be one or the other. It has been a part of our mission since our founding to empower patients & make healthcare accessible to all, and we know this can only be achieved with a team of diverse perspectives that is representative of the Patient & Provider communities we serve.

PocketPHolk love working here for these reasons and more; working remotely, our competitive salaries and benefits (stock options too!), four weeks of paid time off, unlimited wellness days, extended mental health coverage and beyond - it’s important to us that our PocketPHolk are taken care of in the same way we take care of our Patients & Providers.

If there are ways we can support you through the recruitment process with an accommodation, please let us know by reaching out to DEI@pocket.health. Applications are accepted via posting only.
