Job Title: Senior SDET - Data Out Functions

Location: Remote

Project Overview:

Join our testing team in supporting the development teams responsible for Data Out functions. These functions provide essential data for dynamic reporting to external firms and internal users. We are building out an OpenSearch platform and systems that deliver data across organizations, and you will play a crucial role in testing for various use cases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with development teams to understand data requirements and use cases.
• Develop and execute test plans for the OpenSearch platform and data systems.
• Perform integration testing to ensure seamless communication between OpenSearch and other systems.
• Conduct performance testing to ensure the reliability and efficiency of data systems.
• Implement BDD frameworks to facilitate effective testing and communication with stakeholders.
• Provide detailed reports on testing outcomes and recommend improvements.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in software testing and development.
• Strong expertise in Elasticsearch or OpenSearch AWS service, with a deep understanding of system integrations and communications.
• Proficiency in Java or another object-oriented programming language.
• Proven experience as a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET).
• Solid understanding of performance testing principles and practices, with experience in various tools and frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with BDD frameworks.
