The Specifier, Designer & Architect space is essential to our strategy and requires a very special skill set to develop and leverage the key relationships required. From identifying key clients, through networking and engaging with them, it's vital to our success that we've got the right person on the job.

  • Cultivate partnerships with key specifiers, ensuring brand alignment and representation.
  • Initiate and attend designer and retail events, strengthening relationships and creating new opportunities.
  • Deliver tailored product training to communicate business benefits and competitive advantages.
  • Manage third-party agency partnerships and formulate performance and metric scorecards.

Product & Brand Ambassador:

  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of our brand and product messaging to key specifiers.
  • Act as a liaison for design requirements across market channels.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Experience in the appliance or building industry, with a background in design, project management, or sales/marketing.
  • Proven track record with interior/kitchen designers and architects.
  • Ability to develop strategic partnerships both internally and externally.
  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, or Interior Design preferred.
  • Strong creative and technical design skills, with the ability to read floor plans and make recommendations.

Skills & Attributes:

  • Attention to Detail: Use facts to understand issues and make decisions.
  • Decisive: Make informed choices based on relevant information.
  • Action-Oriented: Define actions clearly, hold accountability, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Courageous: Ask tough questions, listen actively, and challenge constructively.
