Patrique Mercier Recruitment is currently seeking a Czech Speaking Customer Service professional for an exciting opportunity to work with one of the Big Five IT companies. This role offers the chance to relocate to Greece and provide exceptional customer service to Czech-speaking clients.

As a Czech Speaking Customer Service representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, addressing their concerns, and providing timely and effective solutions. You will act as the main point of contact for Czech-speaking clients, ensuring their satisfaction and contributing to the overall success of the company.

Responsibilities
  • Provide customer service and support to Czech-speaking clients
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat
  • Ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and follow-up on customer feedback
  • Stay updated on the company's products, services, and policies

Requirements

  • Fluency in Czech and English, both written and spoken
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach
  • Ability to multitask and handle customer inquiries efficiently
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Willingness to relocate and work in Greece
  • Valid EU passport or ID
