Patrique Mercier Recruitment is currently seeking Czech-speaking Customer Support Specialists for a reputable company, Canon, based in Athens, Greece. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals fluent in Czech who are looking to relocate and work in a multicultural environment with one of the industry leaders in imaging solutions.

As a Czech-speaking Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support to Czech-speaking clients of Canon. You will handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide product information and recommendations. This role offers the chance to work with a diverse team and contribute to the success of Canon.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer support to Czech-speaking clients of Canon

  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs
  • Stay updated on Canon's products and services

Requirements

  • Fluency in Czech and English, both written and spoken
